Eagles on the Eastern Seaboard can be found on the Eastern Shore of Maryland... How cool
is that??
Take your time... explore slowly and quietly to see the most you possibly
can. $3 per car-load... bike trails, hiking trails, maps... Bring a camera... 5 mile tour route
by car... stop at any time and explore on foot.
- Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum - a very
good place to stop if you are planning to pass by the Lower Eastern Shore. Understand the
history of The Chesapeake Bay in terms of boating.. fishing.. hunting.. the boats themselves..
restoration projects and of course - Lighthouses of the Chesapeake Bay. Any trip to the Eastern
Shore would not be complete without stopping in to see the Chesapeake Bay Maritim Museum.
