Help With Video Feeds
The CHART Cameras require the RealPlayer to be installed to view the cameras.
Your internet browser must be Javascript compatible and enabled to select the
cameras. Netscape and Internet Explorer 4.x or greater will work.
If you see the video window with the Real logo in the center of the page,
then you don't have to bother installing the player.
From the picklist "Live Traffic Video", select a camera. The text at the
bottom of the video player should say "Connecting", then "Buffering" prior to
the video appearing. If you select a camera from the picklist and nothing
happens, try clicking on the left Play (>) button. In all cases the video
will automatically stop streaming after 15 minutes. To reconnect simply press
the Play (>) button again. If you receive an error message that the stream is
not available then the camera feed may be down. Try selecting the top choice and then
select your choice again.
