Should the Death Penalty be allowed?I beleive it should be used more frequently than it is. People feel if they don't use it, who cares if they are sentanced to death. We need to bring it on - in full force - one appeal - only one. After that, 2 days is all you have left.If they want, maybe they get a choice - like it used to be. Guns, rope, electricity or needles. Let's not just say it. Let's do it.
